Refund policy

30-day return window
We accept returns on items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

Final sale items
For hygiene reasons, bras, briefs, intimates and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to start a return
Email support@fiorethelabel.co with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 8 hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm EST) with return instructions.

Who pays return shipping
Defective or damaged items: We cover it. Include a photo of the issue with your email and we will send a prepaid return label.
Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color: The customer covers return shipping to our warehouse.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchanges
For a different size or color, return the original item first and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the piece you want.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@fiorethelabel.co. After 24 hours the order has moved to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, but it can still be returned per the terms above.
