Questions before you buy
How do I find my size?+
Some of our styles run small, so if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. Not sure? Email support@fiorethelabel.co with your measurements and the piece you're looking at, and we'll recommend a size.
How do I care for it?+
Machine wash cold with like colors. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on print or trim. The material for each piece is listed in its product description.
When will it arrive?+
Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum, to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. See our shipping policy for details.
What if it's not right?+
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrives faulty, in which case we cover it. Bras, briefs, intimates and shapewear are final sale for hygiene reasons. How can I pay?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your card details.
Where's my order?+
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you can't find it, or track your order here. If it has been longer than 15 business days since dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate.
